‘Excellence’ should be Jaqueline’s last name! I chose Jacqtours for my Ironman Taiwan travel needs and I have to say I got more than I expected from them. They made the entire process easy and completely effortless, all the way from traveling arrangements to race day support. And I also have to say that service just doesn’t stop there. Jacqueline’s bright personality brings an air of easiness and comfort that makes everything extra special. It creates a sense of belonging and familiarity that promotes great camaraderie among all tour members. I went in as a solo traveler but came out with a cornucopia of new friends! Going with Jacqtours was our best decision for Ironman Taiwan 2017. Jacqtours is run by athletes for athletes. They know very well what is needed, from hassle-free transport, swim try out, etc, very efficiently, without disturbing the pre-race rest, and in fact boosting up the mood of all. Jacqtours attracts a great band of people with varying level of experience – athletes and families – but still humble enough for others to learn from. They create a great atmosphere for newbies and “veterans”. Oh, did I mention the support and cheering during the race too? At Penghu airport, they also ensure smooth logistical arrangement. We are satisfied customers, obviously.

Jacqtours made our transit from Australia to IM Taiwan so easy and seamless! They went above and beyond on so many occasions to ensure myself, my family & parents could all travel together without any hassles. Getting ready for an Ironman can sometimes be very stressful – but when Jacq responded very promptly to all of my requests about flights, accommodation and transfers for 5 people & a bike – it became it one less thing I didn’t have to worry about. The support before, during and after my race was exceptional. I cannot recommend Jacqtours more highly if you are considering utilising them for race travel assistance. I hope to one day join them on a cycling tour – but choosing just one will be difficult as they all look spectacular! I also know they are all conducted with meticulous attention to detail, genuine care, and with lots of fun and laughter. Thanks to Jacq & team (plus a big shout out to Robson!)

Our Jacqtours honeymoon cycling trip to Croatia was well planned and perfectly thought through!! Croatia is a perfect spot for cycling, awesome roads surrounded by nature and coastal views. It was the most perfect honeymoon, thanks to Jacq and her professional planning! Just lovely and terrific!!!

I decided to sign up with Jacqtours as I wanted to focus on my race instead of worrying about the logistics. The service they provide is topnotch because they actually care. They are very friendly and accommodating, Jacq and Rob. Bottomline is I had a business class trip with Jacqtours

Ironman Taiwan was my 17th Ironman race but my first in Asia and with the difficulties in getting to the race site decided it would be better to use a travel company to ensure every thing went to plan for the race. Was not sure what to expect however was very happy with the amazing service provided by Jacqtours. From the start there communication was fast clear and accurate. They were able to arrange transfer to and from the airports and hotels in Taipei without problems and the drivers were first rate on all transfers. Whilst the accommodation is on the fringe of town and at first impressions appears a little dated the rooms and staff were wonderful and only 5 min walk to T2 and the finish area. Not being at the event hotel may also be seen as a bonus as a lot quieter than the event hotel. On site the staff were wonderful and very much made my family feel at home. Transport to events was of good standard and on time and very helpful and throughout the staff were really supportive of the athletes, helping the athletes getting bags etc back to the hotel. We would have no problem using Jacqtours again in the future should I choice to return to the wonderful Ironman Taiwan or one of their other tours.

Went on my second trip with Jacqtours to climb Genting, Fraser and Cameron in Malaysia. A superbly supported tour that made me feel just like a pro cyclist, with motorcycle outrider in front and vehicular support behind, ever ready to replenish your drinks and food, or to provide a spare wheel if the need arises. Their mechanics even wash your bikes at the end of the ride! There are no cheap 2 or 3 star hotels with Jacqtours. We stayed in the Majestic in KL and the Cameron Highland Resort in Cameron. That’s travelling in style! Finally special mention must go to ride leader Mark Cheong. Superb local knowledge and he’s so patient with us. Thumbs up!

And being able to shower, get out of the wet stinky clothes, before sitting on the ferry is just brilliant! Add a fantastic delicious yummy lunch to the mix, and it all adds up to a perfect day!!
